Formerly the Shannon Court, Hotel Adagio has recently reopened after a 6-month renovation. The new Hotel Adagio also features a fresh design that bridges its Spanish Colonial Revival architectural roots to a clean and contemporary design aesthetic. In addition to hotel renovations is Cortez, a restaurant named for famed Spanish explorer Hernando Cortez. Cortez is a creation of Bay Area restaurant wunderkind, Pascal Rigo. Priced between $6 and $16 per entree, Cortez serves breakfast and dinner daily.
